- 3 lb. country style ribs
- 1½ cups BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- ¼–½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. Place country style ribs in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with all dry spices and minced garlic.
3. Press seasoning into meat gently.
4. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs without stirring.
5. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–6 hours.
6. (Optional) Broil ribs 2–3 minutes before serving for caramelized texture.
7. Serve warm with additional sauce.
Notes
Do not worry if ribs look dry before cooking; they will release juices.
Broiling adds extra texture but is not required.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
